Red Meat Marinade Seasoning

200g Red Meat Seasoning.

Roast Beef, Potatoes, and Yorkshire Pudding.

  1. Scrumptious Roast Beef: Clean 1.5kg of topside beef.
  2. Rub in 50g of red meat seasoning on the inside and outside.
  3. Marinate for 60 minutes or rest in fridge overnight in a dish.
  4. Use 2 tbs of cooking oil to lightly brown meat on all sides.
  5. Heat oven on gas fan assisted 200c and cook meat for 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 175c.
  6. Drain off juice into a sauce pan, after 1 Hour of cooking, and set aside to complement the gravy.
  7. Continue to cook the meat until it reach the desired texture.
  8. Put the sauce pan with the juice on medium heat to boil.
  9. Add 1-2 tsp of unsalted gravy thickener, stir until dissolved, add water and a dash of red wine to taste. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  10. Serve with Yorkshire pudding and mix vegetables.
